Pray For One Another Bible Verses

The Bible has encouraged us in so many bible passages to always pray for one another and be our brother’s burden bearers.

The Bible did not only encourage us to pray for one another but also to lend a helping hand to those in need as the bible recorded in the book of Matthew where Jesus was welcoming those on his right-hand side to enter into the joy of their father that has been prepared for them right from the foundation of the earth.

Because they were able to render such help to the needy and as well prayed for them when they needed spiritual upliftment.

The Bible admonishes us to always pray for one another at all times to help those weak in the spirit and those passing through diverse temptations in life that are beyond human aid.

Holy God, The sins of my loved ones weigh heavily on me as I stand before you. I hope they get to know you and realize you are a wonderful person.

Save them from the clutches of the devil, who has prevented them from recognizing the light of the Good News. Let your goodness shine through so they can see.

Let your message reach their ear and let them learn through your word, which inspires you, about what is wrong in their lives, what is wrong with them, and how to do the right thing.

By the powerful blood of your son, Jesus, wash them of their sins. You must save them.

Open their eyes to the sacrifice made by your son, Jesus Christ, for them. Defend them. Amen.

Intercessory Prayer for Lost Souls

The Lord Jesus, On the cross, you gave your life in exchange for the pardon of our sins.

You endured a lot of suffering and disgrace so we could have eternal life. I ask that you grant understanding to your word and the realization of your selflessness to my loved ones who have not yet experienced the gift of eternal life.

Allow them to see your affection for them by opening their eyes.

Reduce their reliance on authority and allow them to look up to you instead. Bring them to you. Amen

Lord, I’m on my knees praying for my loved ones who have not yet received salvation.

They have closed their hearts to your gospel of salvation. Keep them. Allow your Holy Spirit to minister to them, guiding them to confess their transgressions and give you control of their life so they might experience your kingdom.

Please give them the courage and discernment to rely on you whenever they are tempted to commit a new sin.

Assure them that while we all commit sins, as a devoted father, you pardon us and promise never to bring them up again. Amen
