When life doesn't go as planned bible verse

is suiting to bend a downcast soul. All you need to do if you feel that it is your adversaries that are responsible is to pray king David’s prayer:

Psalm 18:3 KJV.

I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. (kJV. Psalm 18:3).

God always makes a way where there is no way. He is known for calming the raging sea (Mark 4:37-39). Peace, be still! Just exercise a little more faith for Jesus queried his disciples;

Mark 4:40 KJV.

Why are ye so fearful? How is it that ye have no faith? (KJV. Mark 4:40)

Trust in God for his care for you,

1Pet. 5:7 KJV.

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (KJV. 1Pet. 5:7).

Luke 11:9

Our God is a compassionate God, keep knocking, he will open doors for you . Luke 11:9

And I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
Our God can not lie.

BIBLE VERSES ABOUT NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY THINGS HAPPENED

If your road is rough and the day seems so dreary, and you are so blue and perplexed not understanding why things happen the way they are, look up to him and

Proverbs 3:5 KJV.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (KJV. Proverbs 3:5).

Just like David did in Psalms, encourage your soul to wait on the omniscient God for David said:

Psalm 130:5 KJV

I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.(KJV Psalm 130:5).

And if you lack wisdom, knowledge, and understanding about life occurrences harken to Elder James’ admonition in

James 1:5;

if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. (KJV James 1:5)

Understanding is from God and also makes up the “anything” Jesus Christ promised when he assured If ye ask anything in my name, I will do it. (KJV. John 14:14). Just ask and it shall be granted thee.

BIBLE VERSES WHEN THINGS NOT GO AS PLANNED

One might become frustrated when things do not go as planned. When it appears one’s life’s boat is heading for the rocks. When a breakthrough seems far from sight and then there appears to be a never-ending tunnel, some consider giving up while others opt for suicide. God foreknew about it all and had promptly spoken in Habakuk, saying;

Habakuk 2:3 KJV.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (KJV. Habakuk 2:3).

While waiting for the tides to change, for they will surely change, trust in God, obey his commands, and keep his words believing like King David that

Psalm 9:10

They that know they name will put their trust in there: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. (Psalm 9:10).

Just hold on there, God has not forsaken you. Wait on him with the same level of confidence that Micah had when he stated

Micah 7:7

Therefore I will look unto the Lord: I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. (Micah 7:7).

Trust in God to help you out and he will hear you.

HIS PLANS ARE NOT OUR PLANS

While we plan and strategize on how to achieve various life goals and deploy all the devices within our reach to make ends meet, God still remains the ultimate and his decision is unchallengeable and final.

Proverbs 19:21 KJV.

There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. (KJV. Proverbs 19:21).

For even when a man is the one who makes the plans in his heart, it is God who orders the steps.

Proverbs 16:9 KJV.

A man’s heart devices his way but God orders his steps. (KJV. Proverbs 16:9)

God himself is explicit about man’s plans not being his plans as the prophet Isaiah declared

Isaiah 55:8 KJV.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, said the Lord. (KJV.Isaiah 55:8)

Although God is supreme whose powers remain incontestable, he in his loving kindness decides to deal with us justly. And thus declared through his prophet, Jeremiah

Jeremiah 29:11 KJV.

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (KJV. Jeremiah 29:11).

God will be done in our lives and may we allow his plans to supersede ours.

LIFE AS IT IS AND PLANNED BY GOD

Our God from creation created man in his image and will that man be like him in glory and warned that If a man must live, he should not eat of the forbidden fruit.

Gen.2:17 KJV.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shall surely die.(KJV. Gen.2:17)

Following the transgression in Genesis chapter 3 verses 6 and 7, life became short as God’s glory departed from man

Romans 3:23 KJV.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (KJV. Romans 3:23).

Saddening right? The God news is that God always has a plan for his children whom he also assures in the book of Jeremiah chapter 29

Jeremiah 29:11 KJV.

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (KJV. Jeremiah 29:11).

To give man the expected end, he sent his son to die on the cross of Calvary for redemption’s sake

John 3:16 KJV.

For God so loved the world the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. (KJV. John 3:16).

Those who agree with God’s plan about life must therefore accept the way established through Christ and must therefore choose God’s kingdom first, and everything will fall in it place.

Matt. 6:33 KJV.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (KJV. Matt. 6:33).

That is the divine order of things. First thing first, and life flows. Life is easier when one takes heed to observe all that God who is the master planner commands and thus

Matt. 6:34 KJV.

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. (KJV. Matt. 6:34).

Life itself is made by God according to his desire and man has no power over anything therein.

Proverbs 16:4

The Lord hath made all things for himself: yes, even the wicked for the day of evil. (Proverbs 16:4).

TRUSTING GOD WHEN THINGS DON’T GO AS PLANNED

When we be the tides of life and everyone forsake thee, there’s a friend, a sure retreat. Let him anchor the ship, just wait. According to Paul in his epistle to the Philippians, God’s children must

Phil.4:6

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God. (Phil.4:6).

And must, like the Apostle, trust that God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (KJV. 4:19).

God demands we trust him with our problems. In 1 Peter chapter 5 verse 7 we are encouraged to cast all our care upon him; for he careth for you. (KJV).

When troubles come, a child of God should know that “all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (KJV. Romans 8:28).

And like David, must depend solely on God as a strong tower, mighty and capable. Always restating, like David did, that “the Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.” (KJV. Psalm 18:2, 2 Samuel 22:2).
Learn to trust in God when life turns against you, he cares about us all.
